Has this hotel switched to Diptyque yet or are they still using Lather?
What months in the spring and fall does the hotel close?

Are cabs still terrible in the area? Would like to go to Vail for the day and wanted to see what would be the best way there and back?

The resort fee apparently includes shuttle to Vail. Can anyone confirm this?
Cheers

That would be new. Been speaking with concierge and they haven't mentioned this.

On my only two stays there, both right before covid, there was a shuttle to and from the village that didn’t cost. I believe it was a maroon mini bus.

Is it just the RC BG or RC as a brand that switched to Diptyque? I'm not a fan of the lather stuff and just ran out of my Asprey as well.

In village yeah there's free shuttle all around. All the way to Vail though would be different.

Doesn't look like I'm getting an upgrade this weekend. Looks like everything is sold out. Available Residential Suite is apparently privately owned and not upgradable.

Historically no on SNAs but that was changed earlier this year. Upon availability is property dependent. It's pretty much a sold out week. Going to see if I can fanagle a Club Level upgrade or see how much it is for a cash upgrade.
