Update on the Marriott Rive Gauche in Paris: Complimentary breakfast is now offered on weekends in the restaurant for Gold and Platinum members. Confirmed last weekend.

Update: San Francisco Marriott Marquis
The San Francisco Marriott Marquis is keeping it's concierge lounge open on weekends! This is only on a 90-day trial basis and I don't know when the trial actually started. Regardless, I just checked in and will be staying through the weekend so I'll be enjoying this benefit.

Update on the Riyadh hotel in Saudi Arabia: the lounge is still open 7 days a week, now from 6 AM - midnight. The rest of the info is accurate. This was as of June 2011.

The lounge attendant said it is something they "started trying during the busier summer weekends". Frankly, I don't remember seeing the sign a couple weeks ago, but that was midweek. And this is Fleet Week weekend. I'll inquire at the front desk later to see what they have to say.

I just checked into the Long Island (Uniondale) Marriott - and was given a room on the CL floor. The agent said, "As you know from being a frequent guest here, wxguy, our lounge is closed for the weekend. But we'd like you to be our guest for breakfast in the restaurant tomorrow (Saturday) morning." She then gave me a coupon with my room number and date on it. Sadly, I won't be able to use it... but it was a nice gesture.

3)At checkin was told free continental buffet breakfast by giving room number to server. Server offered upgrade to full hot breakfast (eggs/omelets to order, waffles, etc. as only scrambled eggs in the buffet) for $3.14 (+ tip)
4)Accessible for sodas/water
5)Didn't use computers

Newport News Marriott City Center, CLOSED on weekends, not sure on brekkie on weekend, accessible for pop, water and fruit/trail mixes, 1 computer terminal, free wireless in club.

I can confirm that the policy at the Philadelphia Marriott West Conshohocken is the same as posted in March....lounge is closed on weekends, names are put on a list for comp breakfast at Shula's 347.
