I ordered my first set the evening of 2/7. Got them in about a week later and ordered another set 2/17 in the morning. That set stayed "on hold". Placed another order 2/27 and noticed 2/17 order was STILL on hold. So this morning i canceled both and placed a new one. Does anyone know if the 7 days is to the minute/hour? I wonder if placing my 2nd order less than 168 hours apart caused it to be stuck on hold.

Something happened with orders placed on Feb. 17. I ordered on 1/27 and 2/7 with no problems. The order on 2/17 did not get authorized to my card. After a week of being on a hold status, I called the Mint, and they said my card was refused authorization. I gave the Mint a different card for the 2/17 order, but as of today, still no authorization, but the order is still alive. Meanwhile, the CC issuer says they have no record of a request for authorization on 2/17 or any authorization being refused. Meanwhile, my wife ordered 1K on 2/21 and those were shipped today, 2/28.

I think that's only happened 1 or 2 times in all my orders. I must have ordered (I don't recall) because I've never waited beyond the 10 days (except for non mint related reasons - travel, etc)
