Last I tried signing up for the TD Go Card, they definitely had validation for the teens. Note I said nothing about the relative age of the teen to the parent. Just that if the birthday you listed for the teen did not make them 13-18 as of the current day, the form validation failed. Unless they changed this in the last several months, this was how it was.

I signed up for it shortly after it launched and distinctly remember having trouble adding my second teen because of it was late at night and I was making a dumb arithmetic error. Although my problem was I was making the teen too young. Perhaps their validation only checks for >13, not < 18.

I do also have two US Bank accounts in my parents' name with multiple teens (all in my name). They are setup as AUs on biz cards, but right now I'm meeting their BA spend for them. Since BA lets you pool miles, I do get to benefit.
