Avoiding the slog through 156 pages, can you guys tell me if any of the Buxx cards allow online billpay to any CC companies?

Getting an error trying to load my 2nd Buxx card. Here's my setup
Parent (me) Teen (me) Teen (brother) Teen (me) Funded 05/15 $1k Funded 05/23 $1k Teen (brother) Funded 05/21 $1k Trying to fund again now (more than 7 days have passed by) and getting an error Anyone else come across this? |

So If I wanted to open TD buzz for myself only. I can still use same SSN for both parent and myself as teen then use my name as parent and just add a middle initial to the teen name to make it slightly different. That should still work right? Ex. Parent: Tom Jones Teen: Tom Y. Jones (same SSN as parent) Parent - John Doe Teen - John Doe So basically, used exactly the same name, and which resulted in the shutdown. Don't have experience with using John H. Doe but seems like others are having success. I'll probably wait for more data points on this pattern before re-applying (as I don't have any teens/SSN) Good luck! |

I have had a similar issue - determined (I think) it was due to a $6k load limit across all BUXX cards every 30 days.... go further back in history and see if this may be the case for you

G. Limitations on Dollar Amount of Loads. The initial minimum load is twenty dollars ($20.00) and the maximum is one thousand dollars ($1,000). You may load up to one thousand ($1,000.00) per day on Your Card, not to exceed three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) per thirty (30) days. Your maximum Card value at any time is two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). |

Good point. So, when filling out the app for both parent and teen being the same person and using the same SSN for both. Do you at least change the DOB for the teen or just continue to use your true age (real DOB) for the teen info? |
