So when you set the PIN you use your own PIN instead of the last 4 digits of the card when you swipe? Is it immediate? Seems like this is easier than having to remember the last 4 digits of each card whenever you swipe.

Correct, always same pin so I don't mess up at the cashier. Takes some effort to set but makes life easier. It changes as soon as you set it, you can swipe seconds later with the new pin.

I would add that I tried to change the pin and it didn’t work. Was told it takes 1-2 hours to update. This is staples PW/BHN card $200

I changed the PIN on 3 cards today and bought some MOs and loaded discover about an hour later and it worked without any problems. YMMV.

That's interesting. I have updated pins in the WM parking lot and went in to load without issues many many times. Maybe sometimes it takes a bit of time and I was just lucky not to hit those times? There have been some reports on giftcardmall outages in recent days/weeks, might be the reason for the delay in updating the pin in the backend

I've used BHN VGC and MCGC for years at my local supermarkets with no problems, until now. I'm trying to find alternative means now. What are the SSpend $500s?
My BIN numbers that failed at these locations were 511332 and 435880.

the other 2 remaining failed “declined” message on terminal

Did you hit the velocity limit?

no longer working at HyV

I have for years bought MO at local HyV no problem. After the latest promo for $10 off $150, these have been rejected with "Not authorized". Have tried to run $460, $200, $195, but all rejected. Any work around?

Please provide details on the cards used.
Try less than $99/swipe. I don't know how many cards your grocer will allow per transaction, but be certain to include the MO fee in the total.

So, for example, if you're able to swipe 3 cards, the MO purchase would be $296 ($99+$99+$98+$1 fee for MO)

Let us know if that worked.

The cards were $200 visa gc from Staples and $500 visa gc from HyV. I will try a $95 swipe next time I am there (maybe once per week). Anyone else with success at HyV?

Loaded VGC 435880 at WM cashier to One card for full $200 today.

As noted previously, no longer a 70 code for the cashier to initiate process. Totally new system.
