definitely have the best experience buying for BFMR. their Salem location usually checks in the same day and the other four location usually checks in packages 2~4 business days. payments are all issued via ACH the same day that the pkgs are checked in. emails are all promptly responded, never had a lost package. There was one damaged package but it was Walmart's fault so I sent it back for a refund.

Pointsmaker is not bad. they did 30+ deals for prime day and has only checked in 5/10 of mine so far. hopefully they won't lose any packages. payments usually takes longer to issue compared to BMFR, but usually less than a week.

Found another customer service agent who was more helpful and re-shipped my package to MYS. Was encouraged to give them another shot and got a nice haul for Prime Day. Amazon is the only store that haven't canceled. Costco, BB, Walmart all cancel pretty quickly. Dell banned my card and had to jump through a lot of hoops to get my account reinstated, I'd like to avoid that again. Any other stores or tips to make this more reliable? BFMR was my favorite thus far but they rarely have Amazon products that are in stock.

I was trying to use my biz plat credit so it was first time using the card on the account, but it also didn't work as a guest. I called customer support and said my (legitimate) orders keep getting cancelled and they said it was a "verification issue" and had to get approval but eventually reinstated. They did ask while they submitted the approval "Oh are you a resale business?" And I played dumb but my next legitimate order went through. Maybe I'll try again after I use my amex credits for the year but don't wanna take the risk until then.

Same here. Totally banned by DELL. No go for any orders since one month ago. All orders immediately canceled no matter which addresses and which CCs that I used.

There is a reseller TOS here https://www.dell.com/learn/us/en/usc...-terms-of-sale so i guess technically they do allow reselling.

If they do allow reselling, why they closed or banned many accounts of us? Do you think that if I call them and directly tell them that I am a reseller, will the reopen or unblock the account! Many thanks for the information that you provided.

Unlikely the deals of the day that groups like BFMR want us to buy from Dell are covered under a reseller agreement. Otherwise, buying groups wouldn’t need us to buy/ship to them?

Bought an apple watch on 6/19, submitted tracking number and money was back on the day of delivery (6/23).
Ordered a laptop today again on BB, order canceled in 5 minutes.

Pointsmaker has been extremely slow for me in checking in packages. Some packages have been sitting for two weeks; others for a week.
