Why would they not open a new account and leave enough in the old account for all outstanding checks? .
You seem to have a reading comprehension disorder. |

Any suggestions how to get orders from Dell working? They keep cancelling my orders before shipping. What works for you? Which buying club's address were you able to ship?

It was more trouble than it was worth. But sometimes rakuten tracks on my cancelled orders so that is cool. |

I've gotten orders through to BFMR. Anecdotally, I think ordering more than 1 computer at a time is a red flag.

Could you please let me know which address of BFMR worked for you exactly? And I do only order 1 laptop but those also get cancelled as well lol.

I wish they would go through as dell using an amex is extremely lucrative right now with the $25 back on $500+ and then the 10% back up to $1500. |

Yeah, that's why I'm trying so hard to get my Dell orders through lol. Also my Amex BPlat $100 credit needs to be used soon.. |

Excuse me for getting a little spooked when a random warehouse I sent tens of thousands of dollars of electronics to abruptly decides it needs a new bank.

If it gets close to the expiration date on the Biz plat $100 offer if I was you I'd just buy the microsoft GC and then try to get an xbox off there.
Tried to order a dell laptop to TDB this morning and it was cancelled within 5 minutes. FML I don't know why I keep trying. Same here. All my recent orders from Dell (for BFMR and for TDB) all got canceled. Called the Dell customer service representative, and was told that the cancellation was due to the verification process. The CSR told me that I had to talk to their verification team to get this issue resolved. I then called the Dell verification team and was told that the cancellation was due to a system glitch and my account cannot be used for any further purchases. The verification team told me that I need to call the sales team and set up a new account with them to solve the issue. I then contacted Dell via online chat and was told that they are actually tech support and I had to contact the sales team via an e-mail. It seems that the whole thing is too complicated. I simply gave up. I will try to put more Dell orders using my current account in the future and see what will happen. Most likely, all future orders will be canceled. |

No suggestions from me. All my recent orders from Dell were canceled. I do not know why. Before April, most of my orders from Dell went through smoothly. Then, suddenly, all orders got simply canceled. I tried different buying groups, but none of the groups worked. |

So far I’ve done 1 laptop in March and 4 in May, spread out among different bgs. No issues so far however proceeding cautiously, as I need an avenue to take advantage of any Amex credits in the future. I’d guess your account has been flagged as a reseller. What kind of volume were you doing?
I usually order all items that I can order. The amount that I spent greatly varies over time. It really depends on how many deals are available or offered by the buying groups. |
I have had similar problems with Dell and they were even cancelling personal orders.I was able to get an order for myself to go through by calling and placing the order over the phone.
