Four of my Chase cards have Chase Offers of 5% back (max $4) through May 16. No exclusions are listed.

For anyone having trouble finding $5.95 cards, look around for a cardboard Mother's Day display set up by Incomm. On it are "With Love" Visa $20-500 cards that have a $5.95 fee.
Sign into the ACME app (with your Safeway account) to see which ones are participating. Some franchisees have different (older) pumps that aren't compatible with the rewards system, so if a Mobil location doesn't participate, that's why.

Doe anyone know if something changed at ACME? I've never had any problems getting MO with Staples VGC or Simon VGC but today I got "Not Authorized" at two stores with 3 cards total ,where 2 weeks ago I had no issues. MO amount was > $99. Thanks

Something has changed. Same experience but with their Jewel-Osco stores. I hit 3 different Jewel stores with Simon VGC. All 3 stores worked last weekend. "Not Authorized" message at all three stores today using different Simon VGCs. Same bin numbers, though, 4394 5710 5xxx xxxx.

Did you encounter the same issues with Staples VGC or just Simon? I struck out with Simon but haven't tried Staples in a while.

DP: SecureSpend bought at Vons today...1 hr delay (more accurately, 1 hr and 1 min. Exactly 1 hr didn't work) before it could be used. 2029 expiry
