I've been having trouble liquidating myself. The local grocery took 1 card, but rejects the others. Turns out my backup method isn't working either.
I think Plastiq (or maybe it's Venmo) is having a special where you can use mastercards with Masterpass with no fees as long as the payment is <=$200 (or maybe it's $250)

The last time I tried with that particular batch was at least a week after I'd bought them. I even went online and added my zip code and reset the PIN and I could see they were activated. I'm hoping it was just a batch with some bad mag strips

DOSH - 20% back, $15 max, 8/16-8/22
Actually, the specifics seem to vary from person to person (some people get 10% or 5%), so check your own account to see what you get.
Saw it on DOC's website https://www.doctorofcredit.com/dosh-20-back-on-sams-club-store-purchases-max-15-cashback-8-16-8-22/
At 20%, that's only $75 spend to max out.
Don't see anything about if it's in-store only, or if you can also do it on-line.
Remember the 24-hours is a rolling 24 hours.

In other news, I finally got around to printing out my $25 e-gift certificate I got for joining up. As expected, I couldn't use to buy a mcgc. It was a surprise when I couldn't use it at the food court, but I suspect that was due more to an inexperienced cashier. She said she didn't think it would work but that she'd try it anyway. But instead of scanning the barcode, she punched a bunch of keys on her side and it didn't work.

My app is also showing 2%/$10. But I went anyway, and got ….. 2%. Rats! FWIW, I never got an email saying anything different, but I thought no harm in trying (other than wasted time).
