Newbie question that I can’t seem to find in the wiki... sunrise bank cards? Do they work as debit? My local grocery store today didn’t have any Metabank gc left. |

Edit: Oops - the link posted only shows that one message, and not the replies. But the conclusion is that you'll have to go to Walmart and try it. Try just one to start with, so you don't run into any split credit issues. Good luck! |
How to determine statement closing date for new serve account
I just activated my new green serve card, but i can't find anything about the statement closing date anywhere in my online account.
i need to know the date so i can drain the account before monthly fee hits. Anyone can help me? thanks |

I went to five different Family Dollars today trying to unload the remaining $200 VGCs, 4 of the stores flat out said that they can ONLY accept cash (even the stores that I've been to before and successfully loaded $200-500 per day). CSR at of the 5th store had to bring a supervisor over, the sup asked to see the card that I was planning on paying with, and paid close attention to my actions during the transaction. Ugh, I guess I'm done with FDs in my area, WM seems much friendlier now. |
Anyone have trouble signing up for Serve/BB today?
I currently have 3 Serves and 1 BB, none active because I'm trying to get 5 of each before using any. But today I kept getting the "We can't approve you right now..." message for both Serve and BB. I'm using the same SS# but different email for each new signup. Any ideas? |

You’re giving them your DOB and SSN when registering, so a different email doesn’t make a difference. If anything, it looks suspicious. |
I think you will have to use a different email as that is the login to the account. It took a while for me to build up the number of cards, although the shut down closed them quickly ;)

Yeah I thought I read somewhere that the email for each account has to be unique, or the system just tells you that you have an account linked to that email already, then asks you to log in or click forgot password.
