Only for major/big banking institutions' debit cards.

Tried to use Evolve today and all of their Java goodness :(.

For every biller, I get:

Your payment to this Account cannot be completed at this time. You may have exceeded the total number of payments to this account for this month. You should be able to make additional payments next month. (e736)
Of course, I haven't paid these for months.

Evolve: You guys don't want my 3% now that I'm willing to pay it? Lots of luck.

I'm trying to pay using One Vanilla Visa Debit card but it says it will charge 3% fee.

I thought One Vanilla visa card works with Evolve without the fee?

Just for kicks I tested out the fees for paying a series of bills that totaled about $2300... nearly $70 in fees! Yikes!

I have used Evolve since it devolved, but only for very small bills ($16, 28, that kind of range), just because it's easier than licking a stamp.

It doesn't specifically mention about OneVanilla.

Any other way to unload OneVanilla visa cards that are sold at CVS?
