I talked with CENLAR a few months ago and they were adamant in secure message that they would not accept anything that was not full payment. I did get a $1 charge to go through as a test, but I didn't go further.

My guess is it's CENLAR rejecting the payments.

I made 4 payments to CENLAR in March and all went through just fine. I know that doesn't help your problem, but just saying.

We might think it's high but lots of people don't think 3% is ridiculous. Just look at people buying small orders or visiting payday loan service or whatever.

As best I can tell, fewer than 200 people per day still consider this service to be worthwhile.

I confess, I used Evolve today to pay a bill that I haven't figured out a better way to pay.

No idea how you came up with that number. If Evolve doesn't interest you then move on.

UFB 3% as of today. Their goes my easy free AA miles. (All my easy stuff is disapearing). I am glad we kept this under the rader until now. I no longer have any free cards on evolve. If anyone does let me know. I will keep trying.

Argh. I came here after I saw the 3% fee just now. I waited one day too long to pay off my mortgage for the month, apparently.
