500 trips a month can net for 20k miles.

Frequent Miler should go 25,000 times this month to hit his 1m mile goal !

Didn't see any mention of Costco, it's $60. I regularly use VONS (safeway) for $200.

Not worth doing at Costco. There are better ways to leverage my favorite big box store.

Are all these CB options using Debit Cards, not credit cards?

$1000 MO is ~$0.70

Is doing multiple cashbacks to get to $1000 really worth the trouble to save $0.70?

I have a bunch of $200 GCs and am not sure asking for a $1000 MO would be cool. I am thinking of visiting a bank with one and doing a CA but haven't tried yet.

WMT should sell you $800 MO (4 cards) for $0.70 without any issues.

I get cash back on my paypal business mastercard, I also buy moneyorders, but I want to make sure the card stays open and cash back allows me to make regular purchases and get some money out at the same time.

What is the advantage of cash back? I'm assuming if you use BB/Emerald card you can think of ways to move the money, is this for people who have low dollar gift cards? If I spend $20 on groceries but take out an extra $50, I'm losing the $20 in CC points if I'm using the prepaid GC, isn't the objective to always maximize points?

They'll give you an earful though if you buy something small (a soda, pack of gum, etc) just to get the cashback (my 2 experiences so far).
Haha, do the self checkouts allow you to as well?

One way to avoid a whiny CSR

If someone gives you an earful for debit card cashback or for anything in a Grocery store where you are not MS'ing, you should call the store director or Kroger corporate. This is one of the few places calling the store is ok.
