I haven't been able to confirm the following so if anybody could confirm for me that would be great:
- Aldi supermarkets, not sure if fee free or low fee. Some stores don't have ATM. Don't make special trip.
- Cardtronics ATM inside CVS locations. (Varies due to bank branding, ie, Chase affiliated Cardtronics ATM had $3 fee. On the other hand, Cardtronics ATM at a local Costco had local CU branding, was $1.25 per WD) Cardtronics inside CVS = $3 in PHX area See below:
http://www.cardtronics.com/consumers/consumer-faq.asp - Eastern Washington University PUB (building) in Cheney, Washington
- RaceTrac: Possibly only TX locations only Store locator here, hit the magnifying glass in top right corner $300 limit $2 fee in Houston as of 2/2015

At the Costco's I go to, the ATM is just inside the exit door next to the returns/membership counter.

Found one. Wiki mentioned Woodman's - made a quick trip there today. It has two ATMs inside - one belongs to the bank branch inside the store and is NOT free. Other one though is owned by the store itself and is actually free. Max withdrawal limit is 400 - which works well with AFT. I did my first AFT withdrawal - and was not charged any fee.

Another option is to do cash back. I used to buy a bottle of water or a candy bar and get some cash back. There's a thread along these lines that might be useful for people looking to use this strategy: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/manuf...-purchase.html

Went to the Culver City location of First Entertainment Credit Union whose Burbank location is listed as fee-free in the wiki. The CC one is 99 cents which still works great for me. Incidentally, it is Sony Pictures headquarters building! The building looks great and there are props from a lot of movies. I actually spent time looking at bikes from MIB, and props from Spiderman, Breaking Bad etc...lol. The Sony Studio tour starts from this location.
I don't have a 100 posts so can't edit the wiki.

The closest I've been able to find is the Winco in McKinney. $1 for $400 ATM withdrawal.
