Raffles Dubai The Dubai Floor—previously reserved exclusively for Raffles Dubai owner Sheikh Mana bin Khalifa Al Maktoum—officially debuted for public use in May, touting itself as the most luxurious floor in the Middle East. The 14th-floor hideout includes almost every amenity a full-service hotel has to offer, such as a salon, a private chef, a glamorously outfitted majlis room perfect for a 16-person dinner party and its own elevator. Use of these add-ons is complimentary for parties who book the entire six-room floor, but regular guests can access its fab perks for a price.
Private Cinema seating 9 guests upon request
On floor Hair Salon available upon request

is that true re 305 terrace?
how many terraces/balconies are there? somehow i thought only top 3 suites had them.
edit >
posted here because Deluxe Suites are $1K+ and no upgrades (via any program) nor BOGOF.
and IC HK is well regarded in this forum, with lots of discussion.

00 Series: These rooms are Deluxe Suites...one per floor from floors 4-15
305: This is also a Deluxe Suite...What gives 305 an edge is the terrace that runs the length of the living room
This third-floor room has roughly the same view as Deluxe Suite 305, but a vastly smaller terrace

im assuming the supposed discounts/incentive/etc are pretty much at the cheapest properties?
(and that they are mentioning luxury hotels without necessarily having any agreement with the companies?)

Just looking at the hotel's website the Presidential Suite (largest hotel suite in HK) looks nice - http://www.hongkong-ic.intercontinen...ion/suites.php

Yes we have a master thread on the IC HKG with loads of information. I recently stayed in one of two Superior Suites which are one level below the super high end suites and indeed overlooks the terrace of the CEO Suite.

Set on the banks of the River Nile, Luxor is often referred to as the world’s greatest open-air museum, with magnificent monuments situated in the heart of the city. Located on the east bank next to Luxor Temple, Rocco Forte Hotels’ The Luxor Hotel will deliver modern luxury amid the ancient grandeur.
Built in the 1880s by John Cook, the son of Thomas Cook, the property was one of the first hotels in Luxor and hosted many distinguished and glamorous guests. It will undergo extensive renovation to become the region’s leading luxury hotel, offering stylish design and exemplary levels of service.

Montage Maui
Montage is taking over the Residences at Kapalua and converting from RC to a Montage. There will be a residence/villa component and the rest to be an all suite property. Should be fully flagged as Montage in Jan 2014.

AFAIK no existing villas in RC development, just condos
but i think there may be villas in area with access to RC residence and or hotel amenities
adding 50-60 suites according to this article for example
