"Entry with a UA Global Services card and United Airlines boarding pass". Says nothing about a J ticket being required but does state United as the carrier.

DXB FRA in LH C

Does DXB-FRA in LH C qualify for access on arrival? I know it says Intercontinental, so I think flights from the Middle East would qualify but wasn’t totally clear.
