SK has decided to change the bolts in question on all DHC-8 Q400 before they are allowed to fly again, and apparently they have not been able to secure a temporary license of airworthiness for the aircraft stranded elsewhere, so they just keep them parked.

Same two hours ago with the Augsburg-Airways-flight LH4076 MUC-FLR, which came back to MUC and landed without nosegear...

Fortunately, nobody was hurt.

Aircraft was Dash8-400 D-ADHA. The southern runway is still closed.

. Mit dem Schrecken kamen gestern Abend 68 Passagiere und vier Crew-Mitglieder an Bord einer Dash 8 der Augsburg Airways (AA)...
Airport journalism at its finest...

Interesting that they were able to back from FLR to MUC with the fuel on board.

Hmm. So that is why I was an hour and a half late last night. (Well, the captain did inform us something was wrong, and that there had been an emergency landing.)

So, what is this bird? From the picture it looks like a... *drummroll*... Bombardier DHC-8. Looks shorter than the 400, so a 300?

In view of the recent happenings, it was interesting to see what Bombardier writes on their web page about their succesful co-operation with Augsburg Airways, a partner with LH.

Indeed
Independently owned Augsburg Airways (the first customer in Germany of the high speed 70-seat turboprop) has had a great first year with the Q400, and this winter achieved a dispatch reliability of nearly 99% with its four aircraft.
and
The Q400, which offers jet-like comfort and speed, is proving to be popular with passengers too.
and yet
Augsburg Airways' pilots are also impressed.

Had another emergency landing yesterday on an OS Dash8 /400. Flight VIE-BUD returned to VIE due to problems with the nose gear. Looks like they could not retract it after take off.

FA really looked scared after the captain announced we are going to turn back.

After landing the captain said he was not able to steer the nose gear anymore.

What a pleasure to be on my next flights on this kind of bird tonight and tomorrow.

I think I have a once-and-for-all radical solution for those DASH 8/400 ...bombardiers.

Are you guys curious to hear?

One less person to buy szg's "I didn't crash in a Dash" t-shirt...

Seriously, this is getting ridiculous. I suggest they change all Dash-8s to float planes.

The DH1s at VO have been gone for a looooong time. First and last SZG->VIE flight are normally operated with DH4s, the other two with DH3s.
