Driven by demand LH has added 30 more flights from FRA and 20 from MUC to beach destinations over Easter.

I got an aircraft change notification from Expert Flyer about one of my European flights changing this summer, although it appears they just decreased the size of the Business cabin. Should I expect any more changes to the LH schedule for flights this summer? I noticed AF recently "right sized" aircraft on a bunch of routes for this summer. I have a 343 flight and hoping they don't change it to a 330 (although I wouldn't mind it going to a 747)

If you are talking about a flight within Europe, that's very common. They move the divider between C and Y back and forth as needed. Swaps between 319 - 320 and 321s are common, too. Equipment changes on longhaul flights can occur, too - of course.

ya I get that and realize the product is the same seat as coach, just trying to figure out if I should be expecting aircraft swaps on my TATL flights for this summer or if those are pretty much set in stone now.

900 LH July weekend flights in Europe being cancelled due to staffing issues:

Any idea when these flights will be removed or pax notified, as potentially affected? Thanks

I notice LH is selling LH 911 LHR-FRA but it hasn't flown recently. Wondering if their LHR schedules are temporarily restricted due to airport staffing issues or should avoid booking this flight altogether?

This seems still not enough to get to a stable flight plan.
This morning further short notice cancellations: https://www.aero.de/news-42909/Lufth...erst-2023.html

MUC was a sorry mess last night. Hundreds of people stuck in Service Centre queues, LH closed up shop at 23:30 and asked the remaining pax to wait until 6:00 for an update. Lounges closed at 22:00 sharp. No accommodation provided to stranded pax, it was each man for himself, with Lufthansa promising reimbursement for lodging costs up to 150€ per person (poor people have no idea they'll be waiting for compensation until Xmas).

My flight to MXP was delayed by almost two hours and ended up being the last departure of the day, taking off after midnight. I did have to dish out 120€ for the taxi ride home, but at least I got back.

Abandoning pax… €150 per person? 🤣

As it’s well documented, LH don’t give two hoots about pax law, I wonder what either laws they choose to ignore?

Time to get some scams on so I can be premium.
What's everyone booking?

I want something like those who book BA routes knowing they will be cancelled and re-routed via HEL...
