For the time being, yes. HolidayCheck is a good alternative.

i actually find them to be extremely annoying

they want conformations (some are not in english...if i book a hotel in my home country) and after sending them the conformation they didn't replay or post the review.

also...they sent me an email asking what my real name is ( i posted from the same email with different names...) what do they care what my name is??? does it matter ???

Did the TripAdvisor offer die a permanent death or has it been resurrected somewhere, whether on India, .com, or anywhere else..?

I no longer post reviews to TA because of this and now only post to HolidayCheck. It's a win for HolidayCheck in that sense.

But it's probably not a (big) loss for TA.... they seem to have a more than substantial user base that they don't need to reward reviewers anymore.

Agreed. Are there any other sites out there giving miles for reviews apart from these two?

This thread seems to be most relevant about the miles for hotel reviews on tripadvisor.in
Anyone knows if there are any other miles we could get or only JP miles are the only mileage earning left on it.
Thank you, in advance.
