Because some of us were credited for the second time by mistake.

How did that happen? Did you sign up twice or was it LH fault?

M&M does not call it "fault". They call it "information technology"

Even if someone signs up twice they should be able to spot the duplication and only credit bonus miles once per flight, shouldn't they? Or am I being naive?

This gets weirder by the minute - had the revision and then the credit again. Lets see how long they last this time

15.02.2010 Aufgedreht +20.000
15.02.2010 Revision Aufgedreht -20.000
05.02.2010 Aufgedreht +20.000

I only had the mistaken credit +10124 on the 5th and the revision on the 15th. I wouldn't mind if they credit it back, as an apology for fudging the account too much.

Can this really be? 800 miles per franc spent for wintersports...? Or is it just a mistake in the English language version of the site?

http://www.miles-and-more.com/online...l=en&cid=18003

Don't forget, for those in Switzerland, 500 extra miles for ordering roses in February:

http://www.miles-and-more.com/online...yVisual_763058

Lastly, not really a special offer, but one can now collect miles on the CAT train from Vienna Airport to downtown Vienna (Wien Mitte), at a rate of 1 mile per Euro. (Registration is required at the CAT Customer Club). Would anyone actually consider doing this, as the S-Bahn is so much cheaper, and includes a connection onto the U-bahn network?

Judging from their other offer (see below) for every 100 CHF spent you get 400 miles, and in this case double or 800.

Rent winter sport equipment and earn miles with swissrent a sport

Rental equipment from swissrent a sport will have you flying: earn miles by renting winter sport equipment from swissrent a sport. For every CHF 100 you spend on equipment rental, you generate 400 miles for your miles account
I wonder if you could hold them to their error though, rent a pair of ski's and boots and get 8000 miles

German, French and Italian versions of the same page clearly indicate that your earn 800 miles per 100 francs spent.

I seriously doubt they would honor that...

I am already licking my fingers regarding the promos that we will see after the strike is over. At least this is what happened at BA after their Christmas-strike-threat-disaster.

Does anyone remember any promos after the strike in the summer of 2008?
