I guess you have to still be Mosaic to cash in Mosaic-level Pick Your Perks. This was certainly not clear in the terms. Had I know -- I would have picked the 15K bonus miles instead during 2023 while I still had Mosaic status..

BostonAndy , after reading this post again I think the reason for your interesting scenario is because you qualified for Mosaic until 12/31/23 (if I understood you correctly). Thus, on 1/1/24, the system would bring you back to pre-Mosaic status and therefore forcing you to re-qualify; and of course, locking you out of Mosaic PYP. My 2-cents.

Same here. I'm Mosaic through 2024, but my PYP option disappeared as well. Any luck figuring out what happened?

About the MOSAIC PYP options not showing up, its probably tied to their re-qualification requirements.I believe this is because of the JB Terms and Conditions paragraph 10.5 "Perk selection is made available to a member when logged into their account on jetblue.com once JetBlue recognizes successful Mosaic level qualification. Once selected, a perk will be available to the member until the end of their status year (for example, December 31, 2024, for someone who qualified on July 1, 2023) and may not be changed until re-qualification for Mosaic. Upon re-qualification for Mosaic, members may select the same or different perk(s)."

2023 earned tile perk worked for me

Was able to cash in my 20 tile perk earned last year today, showing 20 tiles towards 2024.

So suppose I earn Mosaic Status in 2023 (Lasts through 2024) and choose delay my 'Perk You Pick' selection. When I re-qualify for Mosaic in 2024 -- do I get a 2nd 'Pick Your Perk' selection? But I can't make two-of-the-same selections? But maybe I can select 20 tiles in 2024 and then select 20 tiles again in 2025? Or if I had selected 20 tiles in 2024 prior to my re-qualification -- then I could select a second 20 tiles in 2024 post-qualification? This is at least how I understand the above.

This doesn't apply in my case; I requalified last year and the perk was granted as a result of that requalification.

Still doesn't show up for me. I called them and they gave me the runaround for 40 mins, put me on hold, and then hung up. Go figure

I think you probably want to do what I did at this point. Call or chat with a JB person to see what options they give you. That worked out well for my scenario and it may work for you as well.

An update on my scenario... On December 28 I picked my Mosaic-1 perk of 20 tiles, this pushed me to 100 tiles giving me Mosaic-2. I earned another perk immediately, however the 20-tile bonus was not an option. That remains the case today in 2024, no 20-tile bonus available to select.

However, it does look like I can select the 15,000 points, so at least I get something for my efforts.

jfunk138 Happy New Year and thanks for the update! That is consistent with the JB response I received in December and their Terms and Conditions.

Had a long conversation with a JetBlue rep regarding the loss of my 'Mosaic Signature Perks-You-Pick' after 12/31/23, because I delayed making my selection. I pointed to the Web Site language of "We encourage you to select Perks You Pick as soon as you earn them, but they can be selected at any time between when they are earned and 12/31 of the following year" -- but he insisted that just as tiles expire at the end of the year, so do unselected Perks-You-Pick. I made no progress in swaying him -- even after point out how misleading the Web Site language is, and how (had I known of the expiration) I would have selected to receive 15K points prior to 1/1/24. I requested 15K points in compensation but was denied.

I think the real issue (but not voiced by the Rep) is that JetBlue considers my Perk-you-Pick 'earned' in 2022 when I qualified for Mosaic -- even though there was no Perks-You-Pick at that time. Hence 12/31/23 is the 'following year'. While this might be a reasonable thing to do -- it is in no way clear in the above language and I maintain that I could not have 'earned' a Perk-you-Pick prior to any such thing existing.

Did that and they took care of the problem in a minute or two. I now have the 20 tiles for this year in the account, so all set...

BostonAndy well, that is less than encouraging! You may want to try another rep later. Sometimes, it's about who you talk to and if they are willing to work with you.
