BostonAndy , after reading this post again I think the reason for your interesting scenario is because you qualified for Mosaic until 12/31/23 (if I understood you correctly). Thus, on 1/1/24, the system would bring you back to “pre-Mosaic status” and therefore forcing you to re-qualify; and of course, locking you out of Mosaic PYP. My 2-cents.
