About the MOSAIC PYP options not showing up, it’s probably tied to their re-qualification requirements.I believe this is because of the JB Terms and Conditions paragraph 10.5 "Perk selection is made available to a member when logged into their account on jetblue.com once JetBlue recognizes successful Mosaic level qualification. Once selected, a perk will be available to the member until the end of their status year (for example, December 31, 2024, for someone who qualified on July 1, 2023) and may not be changed until re-qualification for Mosaic. Upon re-qualification for Mosaic, members may select the same or different perk(s)."
