Looks like N652JB came back before New Year's Day. That's quite an amazing turnaround time considering it arrived on 12/5! N615JB (FDNY) went to SAL to take its place.

A couple weeks after they planned to send 615 back, it's finally back and being put into service immediately!

Does anyone know if the old config A320's have power at all in the EMS seats? Unfortunately the route I'm flying on is a mix of old and new config A320's and the old config is showing on the date I want to fly.

The classic (non-refurbished) A320s do not have in-seat power, except tails 804-834 which have power outlets in EMS seats only.

Thanks! Haven't been on B6 in years so should be interesting to see just how tired the classic A320's are.

Fly the JFK - LGB route often. Planes were always dated (especially the IFE) compared to JFK - LAX. Today have a new A320 interior plane. It looks nice, I haven't noticed the decreased seat pitch.

N554JB has returned and entered service. That marks 60/130 complete, just slightly under halfway. There are 6 A320s in SAL right now, four of them are definitely getting a cabin refresh, and two of them are possibly there for maintenance, although I've listed them anyway just in case, since the planned refresh list hasn't been updated for 2020 yet.

Bumping this as it's been about a year since the last update. Apologies if I've missed a new thread, but are there any new updates on the 320 refurbs? Are they still showing 25 rows for old a320 configs and 27 on the new? Do they do a lot of last minute substitutions in that regard?

The most up-to-date list is here:

https://www.airliners.net/forum/view...6927&start=750

78 out of 130 are done. 3 more are "in transition" now.

Wiki has been updated (It's been a while!) with information from JetBlue's website which now has a(n incomplete) list of tail numbers at the bottom.

So that means the entire fleet is done? I know there are a few planes in the old config still (503, 505, 504, 506) but my understanding is at least two of those will be retired soon.

So I guess that means that they can start it all over again. I say that since my last trip (last week) JFK-MIA the padding on the seating part wasnt holding up so well, or could be I simply had gotten a couple of the 1st planes to get redone. To me the look isnt important as the comfort, so they looked new but sure didnt feel that way
