Mint same day change on app

Can anyone confirm whether they were able to make a same day change for Mint using the app? Or did you have to call it in? Did they charge any difference in fare, or was it waived for Mosaic?

I've had it fail in the app if I try it *after* checking in -- worth keeping in mind. (Mosaic line has always been able to sort it out.)

I hate that you can't do points changes in the app or online. At least just make it so I can just cancel it and rebook. Then again, Trueblue is maybe the worst implemented points system I use regularly.

Sorry to bring back an old thread. Has there been any change on not being able to do same day changes to points bookings in the app or online? Thanks!

Yeah, I had to go through a 5 hr wait to speak to a phone rep last week. It blows my mind how we can't do this online in the year 2021. Jetblue would save manpower if simple tasks as this could be done online by the customer/passenger

I've had decent luck texting my request for a 24 hour Mosiac change. I usually get a reply in about 15 minutes.

A related question I can't find the answer to here: Now that AA and JetBlue are code sharing, is it possible to do a Mosiac same day change if you book an AA flight on the JetBlue website? What if you book a JetBlue flight and want to change it to AA metal?

According to the website, for interline/codeshares, you cant do it yourself but you can call them or do it at the airport.

  • Interline bookings may be eligible for same-day switches depending on the circumstances and meeting the minimum connection times. Same-day switches to interline bookings can only be made by contacting JetBlue.

Does anyone know what "may be eligible" and "circumstances" mean officially? If I want to switch from a B6 ticket on B6 metal to an AA flight later that same day, is that possible? B6 i'm booked on leaves at early o'clock and their next flight out is a redeye. AA flights are all day and more of an afternoon sweet spot for my schedule.

No, as per this page LAX, BUR, and ONT are sister cities but SAN is separate and alone.
