To use the Japanese search engine for menu
1. Visit https://www.jal.co.jp/inter/service/first/ and go to the middle of the page
2. Select the お食事 button for food and 飲み物 button for drink
3. Use the drop down menus to select your month, class of service, departure airport and arrival airport
4. Click the red button to search.

It seems that the meal menu is not available on Business Class meal service page even you are in Japan region (I used both Chrome and Safari).
However I figured on the Japan Region Japanese site there's a page that promotes pre-selected meal in advance, and when you scroll down to the bottom you can access menus.
Here's a link: https://www.jal.co.jp/inter/service/...l/meal_yoyaku/
The only problem is you need to know Japanese But you can check your destination in Japanese by referring back to the flight numbers.

It seems the pages are still online, but the links to them may be off. Here's LAX NRT in F for Jun/Jul/Aug

They updated the Japanese site but not the English one. You can choose HND JFK on the Japanese site.

The menu is impeccable as always but last week on HND-LHR I opted for classy Izakaya style. :-) Fun!
And well, a bit of cheese. :-)

Most of the food you ordered are just food available in C lol Only some of the cheese is not available in C? Oh and not even half way through, you finished half a bottle of Salon already?
