Using JAL points on EK
For the new EK awards, it seems like I lose with LIS-DXB being 63K miles on the new award chart in Business versus 60K before.
Am I allowed a stopover at least, within Europe? Or an open jaw?

Didn't that page you link tell you stopovers are allowed? Anyway here is the full details: http://www.jal.co.jp/en/jalmile/use/partner_air/p_jmb/
2 stopovers (at 2 different cities) is permitted. Surface sector is considered as a stopover and miles of the surface sector is included in the total trip miles calculation.

So are you saying that I was overcharged $60? The agent said that "fees and taxes" would run about $650. I haven't seen a charge on my card yet, but is there a possibility he is incorrect?
