Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes, very happy.
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked cheapest room, got King Executive room including free mini-bar.

Good
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
I stayed there because IC was evacuated due to a World War II bomb found a few days ago, but I will stay again if I just need a bed and some beers at night.

- Welcome gift. (Nuts and raisins)
- Very attentive and friendly staff at check-in, bar & restaurant, and breakfast.
- Central location, close to the main station and red light district.
- Non-smoker hotel.

Spire Elite
Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Very
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked 9 nights in a King Guest Room under PB from 24/12/16 to 02/01/17, got upgraded to a King Executive with Panorama view of Belgrade. Granted full lounge access with free breakfast at either lounge or restaurant.
How are the rooms?
The King Executive room is beautifully appointed with stunning view of Belgrade. Lavazza coffee machine in room. Mini bar price is extortionate.
TV screen size is big (45 inch?) and there is a speaker in the bathroom connected to the TV. If you bring your own HDMI cable it's pretty good for listening to music when having a bath.
How is the exec. lounge?
Excellent. Evening spread had 3 hot options: meat, sea food and vegetarian. For the first night I stayed there was even perfectly cooked medium rare steak.
There were also an impressive selection of Serbian wine during evening happy hours accompanied by a beautiful chess platter.
Various dessert and Serbian sweets were also offered during happy hours.
The lounge attendant rather called the evening offering "dinner" which I tend to agree.
Breakfast was rather simple in the lounge I'd recommend have it in the restaurant.
What was good and what was bad?
Good:
See above.
Very generous (too generous?) Spire Elite treatment even on a PB stay.
Service was the friendliest I've seen in Eastern Europe and the Club Lounge staff were very helpful and professional.
1 hour spa treatment was priced at 5500 RSD and I think it's quite reasonable.
Bad:
Location is not great.
Stayed over new year and some guests were very inconsiderate and screaming in the hall-way after midnight. People in the room above mine played loud music almost every night.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
For a PB stay I definitely got great value out of it. But I might try other properties if I return to the area cuz location.

What is your Priority Club status?
Platinum
Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes, good enough.
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked "KNG EXECUTIVE NONSMOKE" - received "KING SUITE NONSMOKE" on top floor. No mention of a welcome amenity.
How are the rooms?
This is a junior suite (one long room)... from the pictures, it looks like the differences are the addition of a sofa and an extra tall table and chairs near the door (which was definitely useful for keeping personal items); as well as a wet bar and microwave. Large shower but no tub. Certainly nicer than the standard room but not much bigger.
Hotel is one block off the main street so it was surprisingly quiet.
How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

Bad:
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
It was fine. The Courtyard is somewhat better (nicer room, more central location)... if the breakfast were better, this might be a better overall value.

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Smooth check-in/check-out process
- Good location, at one end of the downtown core right next to the UW Tacoma campus and walkable to everything downtown
- Easy parking below the hotel with direct elevator to rooms ($7/night but I think the street parking is free overnight, so that might be an option)
Bad:
- Although the breakfast started on the early side at 6am, it was terrible. Dry eggs, slightly warm sausage... barely made it thru one plate
- No parking spots for check-in (all the spots near the lobby are allowed as regular parking)
- Not sure what they can do about it but I visited in the winter and the hotel air was extremely dry - to the point that it gave me a really bad sinus headache

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked cheapest double and received an upgrade to Club double.
How are the rooms? Clean and well appointed. Two bathrobes, no slippers. A bottle each of still and sparkling mineral water. Kettle with instant coffee, hot choc and tea bags. Biscuits and chocolates included on the condiments tray.
How is the exec. lounge? Douwe Egberts coffee machine, assorted tea bags and water available all the time. Extensive continental breakfast between 7-11am. Adequate evening refreshments between 6-7.30pm.
What was good and what was bad? Good - Staff were great. Welcome points posted overnight.
Bad - we had a couple of maintenance issues in the room. The loo would not flush and the heating controls were faulty. The evening refreshments were fairly spartan. Wine, cider or beer and three different canapés.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? We paid £56 which was great value for London.

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
It was ok.
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard double and received the same. On the last stay they give me a junior suite. This room can't be booked as they have only three to give to elites / long stayers.
How are the rooms?
The standaard double rooms are pretty basic. Bed is small.
The junior suite is more spacious, a corner room with a kitchen.
Problem of all the rooms is that they are cold. Heather turns off when you leave your room and it take a long time before the room is warm.
How is the exec. lounge?

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- very friendly staff ;
- Central location ;
- upgrade to junior suite.
Bad:
- pretty standard rooms ;
- rooms are cold;
- breakfast is very basic, as the norm is at dutch HIX properties.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
83 euro is cheap for Rotterdam. Would return, but sometimes the Hilton - other side of the street - is only 20 euro more expensive wich is defenitely worth it.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked a standard double and I got a family room with a double and a sofa bed.
How are the rooms? New and modern. Note the bathroom has no amenities. There is a wall mounted bottle of generic shampoo/shower gel etc. Take your own
How is the exec. lounge? NA
What was good and what was bad? Staff were cheerful, I was offered welcome points and a drink in the bar. Breakfast is a good spread. There is a decent coffee machine and proper crockery - good if you detest eating from a disposable plate! There is a free shuttle from the airport.
nothing was bad.

Crowne Plaza Copenhagen
Crowne Plaza Copenhagen
What is your Priority Club status?
Platinum Ambassador
Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
The hotel and room are nice for a Crowne Plaza. Not much choice really in Copenhagen as there is only one IHG property there!
Beware it is a bit far from the city centre as it is located in a business area of Copenhagen.
Breakfast is an exorbitant 185DKK although I have to admit it was really good (unlimited smoked salmon!)
Really cheap 15DKK shuttle bus to the airport
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked King Deluxe. Best flexible rate.
Received no upgrade, apparently they don't give out upgrades to Platinum anymore, new policy. Also no free Club Lounge access anymore either.
How are the rooms?
Spacious, modern as the building is quite new. Solid Crowne Plaza standard, definitely not reaching 4+ stars IC standard.
How is the exec. lounge?
Access denied
What was good and what was bad?
Choice of 600 points or free drink and snacks as Platinum welcome gift
No more upgrades or lounge access for Platinum members. I believe also not for Spire members - only for Spire Elite, according to the reception, due to too many Platinum and Spire members
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?[/QUOTE]
Pretty pricey hotel for DK1250+ (on average) for what you get. Quite standard CP rooms, and no upgrade unless you're Spire Elite. Unless you're really chasing IHG nights, I would consider other hotels in Copenhagen. You can get more central and nicer for the same price or less.

those executive rooms are in a separate building from the main building, far away from the bus groups etc. they are on the small side, however they have a nice and warm design. Bath with shower in the tub as well quite modern.
Good
• Free highspeed Internet.
• Welcome gift. (Toblerone, still and bubbly water)
• Very attentive and friendly staff at check-in, bar & restaurant

its not cheap, but well you are in the vicinity of Paris. Whenever I have to travel to the western Paris area and I want to skip the usual Paris traffic, that's my hotel of choice

Booked the cheapest room, got upgraded to King Executive room (2 cat. upgrade).
Offered 500 points or a drink and snack voucher at check in. Also offered discounted breakfast, wich I didn't use.
How are the rooms?
The rooms have the same size as the other rooms. Excellent bed with enough pillow choises.
In the room was a Toblerone chocolate bar and two bottles of water as a welcome gift. Nice toiletries (the normal rooms don't have this). Nespresso machine and a mini bar with reasonable prices.
It's a motel style hotel, a bit dated but nice.

Good:

Bad:

Offered 500 points or a drink and snack voucher at check in. Also offered discounted breakfast, wich I didn't use.
How are the rooms?
The rooms have the same size as the other rooms. Excellent bed with enough pillow choises.
In the room was a Toblerone chocolate bar and two bottles of water as a welcome gift. Nice toiletries (the normal rooms don't have this). Nespresso machine and a mini bar with reasonable prices.
It's a motel style hotel, a bit dated but nice.
How is the exec. lounge?
N/A
What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Upgraded to an Executive Room;
- Staff is always friendly.
Bad:
- Rooms was clean, but there was some dust. Not very important.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Paid € 82,00 for a flexible rate, wich was good. HIX Rotterdam have the same prices, but I prefer this property (better rooms).
