Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked a standard double and I got a family room with a double and a sofa bed.
How are the rooms? New and modern. Note the bathroom has no amenities. There is a wall mounted bottle of generic shampoo/shower gel etc. Take your own
How is the exec. lounge? NA
What was good and what was bad? Staff were cheerful, I was offered welcome points and a drink in the bar. Breakfast is a good spread. There is a decent coffee machine and proper crockery - good if you detest eating from a disposable plate! There is a free shuttle from the airport.
