Food & Beverage Rewards coming soon! While Food & Beverage Rewards are not available for use at hotels quite yet, you can still select this reward for use later this year. Stay tuned for more details.
Seeing this for a check-in at IHG Tahiti tomorrow

Food and Beverage Rewards Redemption in Asia?
I am wondering if anyone had a chance to redeem F/B Milestone Rewards in Asia? Thank you in advance for the information.

On a semi-related note, does everyone still have a 12/31/22 or 12/31/23 expiration date for status in the app and at IHG.com? Wasn't status supposed to be through 2/28?

Well, that's 70 nights, lots of F&B credits that I can't use yet. They've got until Jan when hopefully I can use them at the Six Senses Laamu, $480 and rising, it might cover a couple of dinners!

Yes the lounge access benefit ends on 31st December of the following year but that is not the same as it being tied to the programme year or status year.
The webpage clearly states it runs to the end of the year you select it until the end of the following year so yes you could have almost 2 years of lounge access if you chose your selection date wisely should your 90 day selection period cross into a new year an dyou wait until that happens.
The F&B and UPgrade benefits are one year from selection though.
But I've not seen anyting that indicates that the programme year will change to end on 28th February rather than 31st December other than the (rather odd to some) one off 2 month extension to status. to 28/2/23

The worst part about it to me is that if you choose the F&B award, the one year expiration clock starts counting down immediately, even though you can't actually use it yet.

I now have 15 food and beverage rewards that I can't use and all with the clock ticking.I check semi-regularly with the hotels I am staying at, and no staff have heard anything from IHG regarding these rewards.
I presume given the fact that the year will be ending soon, that these rewards will not be available this year. Anybody have any information on what IHG's plans might be?
