There have been reports of mail-in entry emails being sent out on 12/4 and 12/11, and the emails came in rapid succession. This is indicative of HelloWorld batching these out.

--As of 1/19/16 10:00 am et(estimated) all plays were showing up as no wins. . The play site seems to be undergoing maintenance. Best not to use up the majority of your plays until things smooth out.
--As of 2:45 pm ET on 1/19 play site appears to be back up.
--as of 4:17pm ET on 1/19 500 point plays seems to be working again. No 5B prizes seem to be won at this time
--As of 6pm ET on 1/19 emails being received for wins during the morning hours of 1/19 where it stated no win after select elevator.
--As of 2:30pm EST on 1/20 still reports of nearly 100% 500 pt wins only. Best not to play alot of plays unless you only want 500 pt wins
--As of 8:00 pm EST on 1/20 multiple reports of 5B prizes being won again. Seems to be back to normal.

I don't even know that it is exactly last in, first out. I'm really confused on what they are doing. Got 12 plays after emailing them about missing those were from entries mailed early in December. Still missing the others, they say they don't have them. Sent more in on 2-12 and 2-13, received one play on 2-21 almost midnight. I thought surely the rest would follow on 2-22, none have. My daughter has never received even 1 play from entries in December. Sent in entries for my mother 2-13, she has not received any plays. It still seems random, at best, not just last in first out. I don't understand how I could get 1 play, either it is from my missing December entries that they said I don't have, or from 2-12 or 2-13? None were sent one at a time. How do some people get all their plays at once, some half or thereabouts at once and then some get 1 at a time?
One would think that maybe they are taking mail from each day, putting all entries from one person together and processing those together - at some point - but that is not what they are doing for everyone. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to what they are doing. Maybe they just do whatever/however they want to, each day?

Yeah its so pointless to try to figure out what they do becuase there is no reasoning. Even with large volume of mail, if you mailed off 30 together, they should be close to bundled together to get processed together. Not sure what is going on but deadline is approaching and we all still have lots of missing plays,.
Another useless data point, my coworker, whos envelopes i mailed from work here for some and then she mailed some others from here on the 16th received some emails last night. They were mailed the 12 and the 16. So not sure what batch they came from. I mailed the rest of my moms like 3 weeks ago and nothing and my missing 12 from a month ago and nothing.

Started out inauspiciously. So I waited literally 2 months before I received any replies to my entries. HelloWorld has a very liberal interpretation of "within 5 business days." Sent the last of my 94 entries by mid-January. Have received replies to a little over half of the total 94. Emailed an inquiry as to what is taking so long for the rest of them. I get a reply saying they have no record of any other entries from me.
FAVOR NEEDED: If I ever even think about participating in another promotion handled by HelloWorld, someone please hit me upside the head with the heaviest cast iron skillet available.

Like someone else said don't give up. My wife was missing 74 entries and received the same email. I replied to hello world with a bit of a angrier tone and 4 days later (this past Sunday) all 74 entries showed up in her inbox.
For reference we mailed our entires on December 12.

Either way, I'm still thinking a cast iron skillet upside the head will be a better option in the future rather than putting my good faith in another HelloWorld-sponsored promotion. May be slightly more painful but at least you get it over with a whole lot quicker.

My husband mailed out 30 in mid-January & then 64 a few days later. My daughter mailed out 94 about the time that he mailed the 64. She got all her 94 way before he did & required no emails or follow-up. He sent in a few follow-ups after thinking that his entries did get lost somewhere.
If emails have been missing for a while, it does not hurt to check in with them, even a few times if necessary. The response to this promotion was probably greater than anticipated & thus the delays & confusion. I think that Hello World will come through to the satisfaction of all if they are made aware of missing entries.
Seems those that entered the promotion earlier got more points than those submitted in the months thereafter. Yet, it was a good promotion.

Yesterday, 2/22/2016, I received 80 emails from the 84 I sent on 2/12/2016. On 2/11/2016, I received 3 emails from the first 10 entries mailed in January. Still waiting for the remaining 11 emails.
However, this is me for points:
80 emails: 5000 x 1, 2000 x 1, 1000 x 2, 500 x 76.
3 emails: 2000 x 1, 500 x 2.
A great 50,000 points! Woo Hoo! Waiting for them to post, and waiting for 500 x 11 whenever I get those remaining 11 emails. Happy so far.

All 94 of my entries arrived, my last slew of emails came in on Feb 12th. I mailed out entries in sets of twenty or so,beginning in very early January and last entries were sent the last week on January.
89 X 500 points
1 X 1,000 points
1 X 2,000 points
3 X 5,000 points
Total of 62,500. Very pleased.
Spouse is still waiting on some entries, but did get a $50 gift card, so all in all very pleased with that result so far.

Mailed in my remaining 40-ish entries on 2/13. Got one email yesterday, one the day before, and that's it so far. Mrs. javabytes mailed all 94 of hers the same day and hasn't received any. Makes me a bit worried that I only got 2 emails - I imagine they're flooded with entries but I can't imagine the envelopes got split up all that much...
