Yes..

For me for a stay at WAW HIX on Jan 2nd, the following posted (not shown in my bonus list):

2,000 BONUS POINTS FOR 60 DAYS
2,000 pts.

ANNIVERSARY BONUS OFFER
1,000 pts.

I had registered for five from Foxberg's list. One is a weekend thing so we'll see if my two nights on the weekend at Warsaw IC counts... but 2K for 60 days in nice as I have over a dozen stays book through February.

Absolutely agree with you regarding "boneheaded CS".
But whom to email more successful?

In December I booked a hotel for this upcoming weekend, then I entered these new codes today, is it likely that I will receive the bonus points even though I booked the room before entering the codes.

In short: Will I receive points for booking>entering codes>staying or do I need to enter codes>book>stay?

Hi, Sorry if this is a dumb question. I am Platinum Ambassador but I am unfamiliar with the extra points as described above. If I understand it, those points are on top of your regular points that you get for your stay, correct? I do not think I have ever seen these points credited in my account. Do I need to sign up for these specifically? If so can anyone point me to where/how to do that? Thanks appreciate it very much! Cheers.

Staybridge - I get a polite smile and nothing???

Both times in the plaza I was upgraded to club lounge is this what is in place of points voucher?

However staybridge giving nothing and no upgrade is this correct?

Thanks
(Sorry, for some reason the wrong quote posted. Trying again.)

IHG is rolling out a "welcome gift at check-in", consisting of a drink or a points voucher. I got these voucher in October on various stays truought Scotland; points varies by Brand and Status (gold/platinum)

I had a stay in Italy in december and they were unaware of this welcome gift.

You can register for the codes by clicking the link provided by MrLion in post #10 . Just enter the 4 digit code in the box provided.

Not all codes listed may register and not all codes may yield bonus points even if you register successfully.

General advice here would be NOT to call customer services if some codes don't register or if some registered codes don't produce points since you have not been specifically targeted for these codes.

All points from these codes should be in addition to your regular points relating to your stay.

Generally, as long as you have registered for the codes before the points from your stay post (which is usually 3 to 5 days after checkout) you should be okay

This is especially useful if registering for "xxxx points per stay for 60 or 90 days" type codes when the clock starts ticking on the date of registration

Every Hotel in the UK should be giving out the points vouchers, except it seems for staybridge, Every UK stay I have had in the last 3/4 Months and there has been over 100, I am offered a free drink and snack or a points voucher.

Yesterday it was confirmed that Crowne Plaza should infact be giving out a 600 points voucher - so I emailed all 4 CP that I had stayed in recently including the one in prague and within the last 24 hours all 4 have e-mailed back either a scan of a 600 points voucher or credited 600 to my account - 2400 just for chasing them up. Result.
