I am stuck on the uploading docs section - no option to advance - anyone else have a similar issue?

Used it on my way out in HYD - worked well. On my way back in DEL, had a system timeout Error. Tried twice and went back to the Bio metrics Regn Counter and they processed it manually with a Stamp on passport. Will try again in December.

How long does it take to get approved? I enrolled on 1 Nov and submitted my biometrics at DEL T3 on 7 Nov, but the status still shows a very helpful:

"PENDING For BIOMETRIC ENROLLMENT

If you have already completed your biometric enrollment, you may safely ignore the above instruction."

It looks like the issue is with the password. The website doesn't like passwords that start with a number.

For the first time since I got TTP ~1.5 years ago , it actually worked for an exit from India (at BLR if that matters). Scanned (foreign) passport. Entered holding pen between two automated gates. Scanned finger. Second gate opened and I had cleared immigration. Obviously no passport exit stamp. <5 minutes start to finish. OCI holder.

Used TTP on arrival at BOM today. Only 3 machines right next to the business/first line. They've laid out a carpet too which makes a lot of business folks think the line is for them.

Then we had many people just randomly trying their luck to see id machine accepts their passport. Im sure they were not registered. 1 of the 3 machines were not working. My passport was finally read on 3rd try - you have to press really hard and have it completely flat for it to read properly.

This seems to be a common problem in Mumbai - last time I came through there was an immigration staffer sending everyone away from the eGates saying that you have to be registered. I had to explain that i WAS actually registered before he let me to the machines.

Interesting...what are other airports doing differently? I've not used it at any other airport. I feel BOM should have placed the machines left of the barrier near counters 1-5 where they process eVisas/crew/diplomats/Af-Pak nationals.
There was a family on my flights travelling J with small kids on e-visa and parents on OCI. They couldn't figure out which line to go and neither the staffer at Fasttrack lane could answer their question. Business or OCI or e-visa line? They were told kids have too use e-visa line but they were infants. BOM needs to improve this, specially during midnight- 3 am peak time.
