Congratulations.
Yes, you should. Happy travels. Keep the correspondences on record. In case, 9W completely goes bankrupt, and afterwards JP, then it might be wiser to check with KL and DL again. So long as JP is still alive, don't worry.
So it seems KL and DL are honoring while VS and QF are not.

I wanted to check with you regarding the taxes for your QF flight, which JP cancelled. Have they refunded the taxes you paid?
I am also awaiting refund of taxes for one of the award tickets, but havent received the refund in almost a month.

Thanks bud. I am not stopping here, and will check the same with KL & DL.

let's just say 9W is a bad investment so I should just move on, not having too much high hope about recovering back anything.

Hello. They told me it would take 14 working days. I just sent it for refund last Friday. I will follow up again after a month. I am not sure if i will ever receive it back....

So based on the popular advice here, I got in touch with both KL & DL. Both of them confirmed that my award bookings made through Jet Privilege will be honoured.
I can now live in peace! Thanks everyone for your expert advice here time and again.
Cheers.

The only redemptions possible at the moment are via Select Flights. Unless Jet is revived, JetPrivilege cannot issue any more 589 series tickets on partner airlines.

I believe the only partner redemption possible after they shut shop was on EY (607 issued tickets). However, I have been chasing an EY redemption since last 20 days without any success, which makes me wonder if EY redemptions are still happening!

Finally after 2.5 months of countless emails and phone calls - I have been able to use 2,52,000 of my JP miles for Etihad Business, on the BRU-DEL sector for January 2020. Now need to figure out how to use the rest of my 40,000+ JP miles.

I suggest burn the remaining JP miles on hotels, and say goodbye to JP forever.Thats what I did with my 32k leftover JP miles. I got 42p/mile worth out of them, when I redeemed them for a hotel roon.
