A full refund or an alternate routing for BLR-CUN (if available).
Just because the CDG-CUN flight has revenue seats available doesn’t mean they necessarily have award seats available. And because it’s not on a 9W flight there is nothing 9W can do to make award seats available if they’re not.
Unfortunately you’re stuck.
You could check if they can route you from BOM or DEL on your original dates and get either a paid positioning flight to either place or included as part of your routing.
