- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example

The offisielt answer is thai no changes are allowed after Dec 1.

I can't see how they can remove avios from your BA account, especially if you have spent avios in your BA account. How can iberia, ba or avios tell which avios you have spent? were these avios that you earnt from iberia, credit card, tesco, flying etc etc etc.

Does anyone know if we will get miles for the 10 or so tickets we booked on Iberia to get the 90000 bonus? I am not planning to fly any of the 10 flights, just wondering if we will get more Iberia Avios for purchasing the tickets? Whats the rule for receiving the miles?

Hi everyone,
My partner still hasn't heard anything from Iberia except the standard "sorry for the inconvenience" emails in response to their requests and are now trying again. Would anyone be so kind as to give me an idea of the sort of wording that you used in the emails to the execs that seemed to get a satisfactory response? I have started to draft something, saying we booked in June, followed the rules, expected the avios in July, have chased twice and that I feel this is an unacceptable situation to not hear anything back. I have also said that if I don't get a satisfactory response in the next 72 hours, then I will refer it to the authorities and advertising standards people.
What do you think? Too strong? Not strong enough? I have thought about also including the likes of Willie Walsh and other IAG execs on the email so they can see what is happening at Iberia. What do you guys think?

I still can’t get a response at all either. I tried being patient and not bugging them, then I tried copying in the execs, then I tried saying I would make a report if they didn’t at least respond to me. Nothing. Please post if you figure out something that works-I’m at a loss of what to do next. Good luck!!

A quick update as I now have the full 90000 Avios (previously only credited 81000).
I raised a ticket for the missing 9000 some weeks ago, got an acknowledgement then silence.
On Wednesday, I messaged the Twitter team, was asked for my ticket numbers (again !) and last night 9000 Avios appeared along with an apologetic email.
So I am very pleased with the Iberia Twitter team and feel like I have now got excellent value out of this promotion...
I raised a ticket for the missing 9000 some weeks ago, got an acknowledgement then silence.
On Wednesday, I messaged the Twitter team, was asked for my ticket numbers (again !) and last night 9000 Avios appeared along with an apologetic email.
So I am very pleased with the Iberia Twitter team and feel like I have now got excellent value out of this promotion...

Looked into that route, but for those of us that have our IB flights booked post-Dec, I doubt Iberia would be willing to purge any accounts since they are needed for valid business purposes (aka the flights booked under them)
