I still can’t get a response at all either. I tried being patient and not bugging them, then I tried copying in the execs, then I tried saying I would make a report if they didn’t at least respond to me. Nothing. I had the same problem until I actually filed with the DOT and let Iberia know I did. Two weeks later they quoted the DOT complaint and posted the miles.
