nonyflyer - First off let me welcome you to Flyertalk and our Hyatt corner.
With regards to your problem, I think you do realize that Priceline reserved rooms do not earn stay credit or points for the room itself. However, many incidentals (not all though since stuff like valet parking, gift shop purchases, internet access and in room movies rarely earn you points while restaurants and room service usually will) that you charge to your room are eligible for points. I'm not completely surprised that your online form went "unanswered" since I've had a similar experience before. However, all Gold Passport agents that I've spoken to have been at least polite with most being very helpful - of course YMMV.
I'm not absolutely sure if they are able to see your specific charges on the various folios - if they can't see what is a point eligible charge on their system, they may need to see a copy of the actual folio to determine the correct points that you are entitled to. I never throw out a check-out folio until I'm sure that my points have been credited (same with airline boarding passes).

I've had several issues with GP Points not automatically posting correctly, and its been on a mix of conventional, reward, and Priceline bookings. Having accepted occasional posting issues are to be expected with the Hyatt software, and as a means to verify my credit card statements, I try to hang onto the folio, even if I mail it home to make sure I have it.
With the folio available, I've had complete success getting the account corrected by attaching a copy of the folio to an e-mail to gold passport and waiting about a month for it to work its way to the top of their inbox.
I suspect your problem is originating at the hotels, where there is a tendancy for the clerks to not think of requesting the GP number for a Priceline res. I started handing the GP card with the credit card for incidentals, which cut down the error rate without making it an issue. There is also a problem with inexperienced clerks not getting the number to stick, which apparently with the quirky old software is harder than it seems like it should be. You can and should verify on the TV that the GP number stuck. You sometimes need to request a paper folio to get one on a Priceline stay.
Frustrating as it may be, keeping or getting folios and providing them moves your problem forward faster than the person who does not have documentation, and is more or less a necessity if you are playing the frequent traveler game under any booking method. If you ask Gold Passport to handle it the first thing they do is contact the hotel for a folio and wait. You are in a sense working for yourself and improving your own response time by making it a point to keep the folio.
At this point I'd try helping myself and take their advice. By implication I am guessing there is more than one stay involved and you don't have any of the folios. I'd try calling the hotels and requesting a replacement folio by mail, and submitting them to GP one at a time to avoid confusion. Did you get a "thanks for your e-mail and we're working on it" auto reply when you previously e-mailed? I've had them take a month after that to get back to me, but they always did.

I also had issue of points or bonus points didn't get posted correctly. Although I always had good experience with the customer service from Gold passport over the phone . One time a lady even called me back a day after my phone request, saying the hotel accounting didn't get back to her and she still couldn't resolve the matter. So, i called back the hotel and had Front desk manager follow through, the missing points were posted on my account the second week.
A good way of checking if your credits will get posted is looking at your folio before you leave the hotel:
1) is your membership number on the folio?
2) Every bonus category has its own code, eg. PL amenity, sunday arrival, pre-register online, etc. Make sure all codes appear on the folio.

Forgot to mention, if it's a Priceline stay, you're very likely to have a split account. Although you have given your membership number numerous times, the incompetent clerk would put in onto the priceline bill which isn't going anywhere. Make sure your inccidental account has all above information I mentioned.

Even with a Receipt/Folio You Can't Get the Points
I've spent a lot of time also trying to get the 1000 points for dining with a platinum cert and also dining credit on a points stay to post. Countless e-mails, multiple faxing of the receipts/folio. One time I called GP and hung up after being on hold 15 minutes without being able to speak with anyone. I'm trying to get a platinum cert to post right now--spent 10 minutes with the front desk clerk when I originally turned it in (she was baffled so called GP), have sent 2 faxes with a copy of the receipt, numerous e-mails. 7 weeks later my most recent e-mail tells me to wait another 2 weeks then fax again if the points don't show up. From their actions, it would appear they're hoping you'll just give up and forget the points, which leaves me with a very bad impression.
