I also had issue of points or bonus points didn't get posted correctly. Although I always had good experience with the customer service from Gold passport over the phone . One time a lady even called me back a day after my phone request, saying the hotel accounting didn't get back to her and she still couldn't resolve the matter. So, i called back the hotel and had Front desk manager follow through, the missing points were posted on my account the second week.
A good way of checking if your credits will get posted is looking at your folio before you leave the hotel:
1) is your membership number on the folio?
2) Every bonus category has its own code, eg. PL amenity, sunday arrival, pre-register online, etc. Make sure all codes appear on the folio.
