nonyflyer - First off let me welcome you to Flyertalk and our Hyatt corner.
With regards to your problem, I think you do realize that Priceline reserved rooms do not earn stay credit or points for the room itself. However, many incidentals (not all though since stuff like valet parking, gift shop purchases, internet access and in room movies rarely earn you points while restaurants and room service usually will) that you charge to your room are eligible for points. I'm not completely surprised that your online form went "unanswered" since I've had a similar experience before. However, all Gold Passport agents that I've spoken to have been at least polite with most being very helpful - of course YMMV.
I'm not absolutely sure if they are able to see your specific charges on the various folios - if they can't see what is a point eligible charge on their system, they may need to see a copy of the actual folio to determine the correct points that you are entitled to. I never throw out a check-out folio until I'm sure that my points have been credited (same with airline boarding passes).
