I have a mid-Sept stay that hasn't posted that I am hesitant to ask about. It was one paid night and a few comp nights. Nervous that if I ask, I'll only get the one paid night to post.

I had a one night stay at NY NY and associated points post overnight to my WOH account.
The stay was in September (9/12-9/13) during the cyberattack and I emailed MGM about a week ago about its failure to post.
Got the standard ten-day response.

I emailed MGM on October 1 regarding my stay from September 17-22 at Excalibur. Received a reply on October 3 with the standard 10-day response. Emailed on October 14 and October 18 to follow-up and no response and no credit.

Follow up data point: Contacted Hyatt on phone. They requested the dates from MGM during my last two stays in late September interrupted by data breach. I provided the dates and reservation numbers. Within 2 days I now received my nights!

Stayed at Excalibur 9/25-9/26 (both paid nights). Contacted MGM on 10/2, they replied on 10/4, nights posted on Hyatt today.

My nights finally posted, only got credit for 2 of 6. 4 of them were pretty much comped but sometimes the computer treats all 6 as really cheap nights instead. Pretty certain had there NOT been a hack I would have earned 6, but, the humans that did my retro request gave me 2, bummer.

manual crediting typically yields no credits for comped nights. At this point, you are probably going to get one night credit because you need to reach out for even that one night.

Update on this: Life got busy and I never got around to following up on my 9/16-9/21 stay of 5 nights (1 paid and 4 comp). Christmas came early and the 5 nights randomly posted today without any intervention on my end! Will make it way easier to hit 60 in December.
