App has been showing zero availability for Andaz Pattaya for any day since Wednesday. Can still book via the website.

The app has not been showing complete availability the past 10 days or so. Multiple searches show no rooms for some of the core brands while the website will show availability. Even on the website, some of the core properties error out when booking award nights. At least website shows correct availability and can book via tweets or a call.

Had problems last month on chrome browser but seeming to work ok on firefox. Now everything is working.
However I would not wait to last minute to book awards (well ok maybe too late for that advice) as systems can glitch ahead of the big revamp. I made a bunch of award booking late last night after doing a Chase transfer and trying to decide if I can anticipate any more for the next 12 months.

I haven't had a change to alpha numeric but prior to 20 May, I have about three reservations that now have a letter. It's the first time I ever recall having a letter in the confirmation reference for a direct res.

Appears at least one has. Also noticed use of alphanumeric closer to start of May.

These alphanumeric reservations dont seem to allow mobile check-in nor do they show the upgraded room type on the day of arrival. They also arent showing the room number during the stay.
I am seeing this on several of my Thailand stays (HP Sukhumvit 1, Andaz Bangkok) - but not all - Standard Bangkok kept its numeric confirmation and showed the room number and upgraded room type.

Mine only have had a single letter, and the reservation emails still call them Confirmation #.

I just had a stay transition mid stay and I lost the ability to see my folio afterwards. And my current stay that transitioned before I checked in also doesnt show the room number, folio, or anything.

A few are like Airline codes but alpha numeric characters and shorter than below. (Example: 12A34B56C)
A few are a few digits plus a letter then some digits then a letter and then more than a few digits (Example: 12345A1B12345678)
most are a few digits plus a letter then a lots of digits (Example: 12345A1234567890)
just one of my reservation has the original confirmation number.
none of these reservations will pull up if using manual lookup without login
