There are some fantastic rates here in Asia and lounge access or breakfast would make this an even greater deal. Rate rule says:
this thread is on the multi night stay so I would think a globalist would have access to the lounge if there is one or breakfast as a globalist.

the 7am to 7pm appears to the the day office rate. I would think as a globalist you would at least have access to the lounge if one is open. Whether you get breakfast on a day rate as a globalist where there is no lounge, I’m not sure.

I can't even get multi night stays to book here, at least not by myself on the website. As soon as it's more than 1 night it forces an overnight rate.

Try calling the hotel. I did that and was able to get a 2 week reservation for a 7a-7p rate.

Two weeks of 7-7 (no overnights) but in a single reservation, or two weeks but at the 7-7 price?

Ah ok. Just curious, what’s the benefit of doing that vs 7 separate reservations (which i think would give more flexibility)?

The benefit is that you don't need to return to the hotel every single day. I did what was suggested and the hotel managed to extend my 1 night reservation to 7 nights. I wonder if they're doing spot checks of the room in the evenings to make sure the guest is actually gone.

Honestly I have very little purpose or interest to hang out during the day in a hotel room near my home. I'll check out the hotel, maybe visit the lounge if allowed to and then get the heck out. No point of using the pool either because my own at home is much better.

I think the work from home multi day rates are mostly for North American properties. I saw somewhere where the European and middle eastern countries have the 30+days Escape rates

the day office rate has really turned into a mattress run rate for some and combining it makes easy to not checkin checkout.

Has anyone been able to find any of these rates for 5 nights instead of 7 nights? Trying for some Southern California places such as Huntington Beach and San Diego area properties that offer this but all come back to 7 nights minimum, when the rates states 5. Called in and the phone rep says properties can set whatever minimum stay they want.

Ive seen some properties with 5 day minimum, but many are still using 7.

Grand Hyatt Vail allows booking on 5 nights.

VFTW noted what I guess is an add on to the Work From Hyatt program where you get a free day award for a 5 night "office" stay. I suppose having that in the bag could come in handy as a means of securing a room upon arrival after an overnight flight perhaps. Not sure how many locations this Work from Hyatt promo applies to, particularly overseas however.
SPECIAL OFFER – For every Work from Hyatt package of 5+ nights completed between May 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021, you’ll receive a complimentary Office for the Day award to use by September 12, 2021
(ETA: I didn't see it stated overtly but I guess using the award would be a "stay" for elite qualification.)

Is there an official link to the offer? Can’t see any way to sign up and no details on the website.

I did not see one in the Hyatt fine print. The details are in the Work from Hyatt promo link I embedded.
