I became familiar with Bigelow when they used to do the toiletries at Kimptons (pre-IHG) and like their stuff enough to take them home with me whenever I find them; I also pop into their NYC store now and then. I had some half-used Le Labo from the Park Hyatt DC in my travel kit so kept the unopened Bigelows for another time.

Some rooms at Excalibur had switched to wall mounted squeeze out bottles, there are only hand soap, shampoo, and body wash only, not even a bar soap or conditioner or lotion in sight, the hand soap bottle mounted actually away from sink, they came from a brand called one squeeze, unfortunately I didn't know the shampoo bottle is actually completely empty when I was already in the shower, can't even go out of the bathroom to grab my own
This are always issues with these large dispenser bottles, either they are not secure so people could tamper, or these bottles are not cleaned out in a certain period of time that cause mold to grow, or empty bottles not refilled

I have also seen Oyo take over many roadside motels and economy hotels in the Houston area - these appear to be budget properties that are not desirable.

Le Labo at both Park Hyatt Doha and Park Hyatt Melbourne: Sental 33 in the former and Bergamote 22 in the latter. Both stays in suites but in Doha they gave us 75 ml bottles while in Melbourne only 50 ml despite a much longer stay. I personally prefer Begamote 22 over Sental 22 (although I still think that the best scent from hotel Le Labo is Rose 31 at Fairmonts)

I love the Gilcrest and Soames stuff, which I associate with Relais et Chateaux hotels in France.
