This is still effective. HP was not posted I called and they posted points and bonus right away. Customer service rep was excellent at listening and taking care of the issue. Thanks Hyatt!

While I like the extra points, the diamond amenity has now not posted for me automatically 5 of the last 6 stays. Doesn't the properties get "dinged" for not posting properly? Strange that this still happens so often.

This is all a great CS enhancement^

Did a call for one FS that hadnt posted 1W, and one HP that hadnt posted at all. The missing stay, both 1W + 50% posted instantly^

Didnt ask for the 50%.

Ended the call with "I love Hyatt".

So if the post only 1W without bonus, you can call back and request the 50%, which in turn should give 50% on that Rinse and repeat, and you will for a FS earn 1000+500+250+125+63+32+16+8+4+2+1 points

Is this still effective ?

My husband (Diamond) stayed at a FS property in the US recently
but he received NOHTiNG as a Diamond amenity.

So I sent an email to Hyatt Customer service on his behalf.
They posted 1000 points right away but not the extra 500 points.
(I did not ask either; thought it was automatic)

Should I write them back to request this ?

It is still effective. You should write back and request the additional bonus points or PM the details to the Gold Passport Concierge here on FT. They are very responsive.

I had to call 2 days ago to add 2 Regency and 3 Hyatt Place Stays where the bonus points were not added. I did not get the bonus, and I even forgot about it. I might call and have them added.

How long does one have to wait? I had a stay with check-out on 6 May but no points and no diamond welcome points on my GP account so far

I usually wait 4-5 days then email about it.... the process is very painless.

Lately I've had to remind the gold passport email reps to post the retro amenity. That's happened the past three times... they seem to post the normal diamond amenity and don't post the retro.

Personally, I think we should get 2X if we even have to remind GP customer service!
