I am speechless. Just about to open hyatt.com so that I could make a reservation at MCI. Guess IHG has my business now.

This is pathetic. Was going to book a few stays with Hyatt in HKG and BKK. Sorry, just gave some business to IHG and Accor.

Now the homepage is up but everything redirects to a domain 30.com

Wouldn't recommend entering your login info.

Sheesh

I have received three different rounds of "thank you for your recent stay" automated emails for stays I never made at the HP Milwaukee Airport. One also generated an automated survey request, which I filled out to excoriate the IT systems. A personal phone call to the manager of the property also had no effect; phantom stays occurred after that call.

Fortunately, the Hyatt credit card I used to have was cancelled quite a while ago. Unfortunately, each occurrence has sent me running to see if any other card I might have used at a Hyatt has been hacked. My account (when/if it can be accessed) shows some of these phantom stays, but with no stay credit and no points - even a folio can be downloaded with my name (but zero balance).

Hyatt's lost me as a customer from all this.

Several of the new posts seem to have ignored this suggestion, which was endorsed by the moderator. Can we stop criticizing Hyatt's IT department and just report the facts? And this is NOT a joke. Thank you.

You do realize that this thread was started in 2010, right?

However, the new & improved website doesn't seem to be all that much better than the old one.

Hyatt.com/GP.com---Website Issues

When it came back up this morning, all my missing stays were credited and everything was accurate. Maybe things are finally as they should be.

I had the same experience. All reservations and points were there.

I have been trying to reserve my free nights since I got my credit card with them and it never shows a reserve button. This is a joke.
