As long as the RC offer page still comes up there is a pretty good chance it will be reviewed. It appears that the mlife site was overhauled and this page made it on to the new site.... a good sign perhaps

Received an "Your Sizzling Summer Offer" - which basically gave comp'ed rooms for 2/3 nights at various MLife properties, resort credit, and freeplay credit.
Pretty decent availability for the rooms - but not as many strings of dates as I might've liked.
Ended up booking Mandalay Bay for 3 nights in December. Total cost is $100 before resort fees.

That sounds like a targeted offer based on gaming activity. I received a similar one (no e-mail but it was available on my online account). So, If you've done any gambling at mlife properties in the past few months, log into your mlife account and click on "offers". You don't have to be a high roller. I was offered 2 comp nights at some of the lower end properties and a small resort credit after spending a couple hundred bucks at NY NY slots. Obviously, the more you play, the better the offers.

There's some resort credit deals at www.mycheapvegas.com right now. You can use the credits for buffets if that's what you want to use them for.

I'm going to go with the RC offer and use my MLife Gold (gained because of a match from Hyatt Explorist given due to employment status). $150 to use at Charlie Palmer's, Libertine Social and Aureole? Yes, please.

Hi guys,
Looking to stay at Aria from 29 November 2017 to 1 December 2017. Dates are super expensive for some strange reason, with the weeks immediately before and after the dates I want being super cheap.
Any reason why? Is it peak season or a holiday of some sort in USA?
I'm from Australia and heading to Vegas for first time!
Cheers

It's not a holiday or peak tourism season but most likely some sort of convention. With Vegas, you should always check hotel prices before booking a flight because they can vary wildly depending on what conventions are in town. Check whether other hotels are also expensive that week, since it could just be a smaller event centered at one hotel, as opposed to a city-wide event. Vdara may be a good option. It's right next to Aria (literally a 5 minute walk) and has bigger rooms for less money.
