Any easy way to track your reservations if different emails were used and different cc?
I am old and seem to have lost a bit of paperwork in the Ionosphere
I can call the hotel directly and they were helpful but how do i get the reservations looked up by the OTA without un necessary attention

you dont need paperwork to check in, unless there is a problem. They will take your name and have all your details already on the computer... unless its a prepaid voucher. If the hotel confirmed it, you are fine to just check in. Bring your card and some ID. Oh and dont forget your name
