I recently completed my one night stay. No problems with the rate, so far they haven't charged me for the 87 CRC or anything, just the points. I'll update if that changes.

The hotel was great. It was new and that was nice, but the best part was the amazing service we received at every turn. I got the impression that there were not many people at the hotel, and the front desk staff didn't even ask my name at check-in. Just a "Hello Mrs. fishinggal, are you ready to check in?"

The pool area was really nice and had warm water. The gym facilities were the largest I have seen at a hotel and looked really nice. They were still putting the finishing touches on the conference room areas and the parking garage. They arranged parking at a nearby garage and when I acted nervous to drive there, the front desk guy walked me to where it was and confirmed with the attendant that parking would be free for us. The breakfast was good too.

All in all, a great stay and many thanks to OP for the tip!
